About the Blog:
Opinions in each post are solely Jonathan’s. If you have your own personal view, feel free to share it (without explicit content). Jonathan, and other readers, enjoy reading what you have to say.
Prior to the name Aviation Buzz, the blog was entitled “An Aviator’s Blog.” An Aviator’s Blog began in July of 2008 as a summer project for Jonathan. From July to mid-November 2008, it was solely under the domain of http://jonathanheckman.com. Aviation Buzz was founded in mid-November of 2008. Since the overall blog start-up in the summer of 2008, it has grown significantly in: hits per day, features, and overall audience / recognition.
In early March 2010, Aviation-Buzz.com became JetCheck.net, reflecting the name of Jonathan’s blog at the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. The blog is syndicated with seattlepi.com.
